Regulatory Control Officer (Ref: CC-RCO)

We invite high calibre personnel to join the Financial Planning Section of our Card Services Department for the following position:

Responsibilities:
- To review and monitor current regulatory issues and advise appropriate strategies and measures in respect to changes in applicable laws and regulations
- To setup compliance processes and policies
- To ensure the operations are complied with internal and external regulations
- To provide compliance advisory services to the Department

Requirements:
- University graduates in Law, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with HKSA / ACCA qualification an advantage
- Minimum 2 years' auditing experience, preferably in credit card business, bank or financial institution
- Mature and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Access
