The building comprises a single luxurious residential block with 86 units, a multi-functional club house and a multi-storey carpark.
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- Professional membership of RICS/CIH preferable
- Knowledge in ISO9000
- Strong leadership, excellent communication skill and customer oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- At least 7 years' experience of which 3 years in managerial grade
