- University graduated or equivalent;
- 2 to 3 years experience in Property Management;
- Good command of both English and Chinese;
- Mature, outgoing and pleasant personality;
- Holder of driving licence a definite advantage;
- Candidate with lower qualification / experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer.
