Requirements:
5 years as a successful banking head hunter in Asia, or
15 years successful Frontline Sales experience (banking or non-banking),
You Met your targest in each of the past 3 years
Extensive Senior Management relationships/ contacts within your market sector
You are mature, independent, self motivated, confident
You are comfortable working in a small team
You have a current HK ID Card
We expected that you will have sound business acumen adn a track record of building and maximising working relationships with clients. Headhunting is a commission driven business, and TPL has one of the most generous pay out schemes in the market.
