We are a food retail group operating fast food and bakery chain stores in Hong Kong and China. We now urgently invite applications for the following position:
The job:
Responsible for finding suitable sites for opening new stores, conducting all neccessary assessments and negotiating tenancy terms for both new and renewal lease.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education standard.
- Minimim 5 years' relevant experience in sourcing and leasing retail stores, preferably in food retail industry.
- Good netwrok with property agents and sources on prime site.
- Familiar with the commercial property market.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Spoken Putonghua is advantageous.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available.
