Responsibilities
- Supervise a team to promote sales of general product
- Monitor payment schedule of company brokers / agents
- Communicate company's underwriting philosophy and obtain market intelligence
Requirements
- Degree with min.5 years relevant experience of which 3 years at supervisory level preferably with Associate with AII/CII
- Knowledge of broker market a MUST
- Good interpersonal, communication and PC skills
