We invite applications from members with over 3 years PQE to join our expanding China and Hong Kong practices. The successful candidates will be given the opportunity to enhance their China practice skills in conducting quality projects for foreign investors through working at our Hong Kong and China offices. Supervision, guidance and team support will be provided.
Commercial: Ability to speak Putonghua essential. Experience in China direct investment, M&A technology import, distribution licensing and tex will assist.
Litigation: Experience in intellectual property litigation and commercial disputes. Keen advocates with creative planning in litigation strategy are most welcome.
Intellectual Property: Trademarks, copyright and patent prosecution in both China and Hong Kong. We have a computerized filing system and trained paralegals in respective fields for support.
We also invite applications from qualified corporate secretaries to handle our corporate secretarial work and trainees with good academic background looking for challenging work in a new environment.
