Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre
Stating Salary: $48,140p.m.
Duties: (i) Responible for the planning, development, organizing, evaluation and conducting courses in related subjects as well as liaison with the relevant industry; (ii) Plan and develop the new trade testing system in Western Cuisine; (iii) Oversee the construction work and coordinate the installation / commissioning / testing of equipment of new training kitchen; (iv) Manage staff and resources ; (v) Prepare financial estimates and training statistics; and (vi) Perform any other training and administrative duties.
Requirements: (a) A recognized diploma or higher certiticate in a relevant discipline, or equivalent; (b) At least 16 years' relevant working experience, of which 8 years must be gained after obtaining the relevant qualification; (c) Proven management and administrative experience at senior level; (d) Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; (e) Proficiency in the use of computer application software; (f) Able to pass a trade skill test; and (g) Knowledge and experience in Chinese Cuisine would be an advantage.
CONDITIONS
Appointment will be made on gratuity-bearing contract terms. Fringe benefits include housing allowance, leave, medical, dental and hospitalization benefits. Successful candidate may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
