Your role
- To head a consultancy business unit of the division
- To formulate business strategies for the continual growth of the unit
- To market and deliver consultancy and training services
- To develop new services to meet market needs
- To receive visitors from the Mainland
Our expectations
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Management or Engineering
- At least 6 years hands-on consultancy experience in operations or business managment, preferably with substantial Mainland China experience and manufacturing industry exposure
- Good knowledge of six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Outsourcing Management, TQM or other productivity / quality improvement practices
- Strong leadership and business sense, self-motivated, excellent communication and presentation skill
- Willing to travel frequently to the Mainland China
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
The posts are contract positions.
