At least 3 years pqe in property work including conveyancing, tenancy and land related matters (preferably with knowledge in handling relevant contentious cases). Able to work independently or with minimum supervision and to perform under pressure. Good written and spoken English and Chinese are essential. Ability to communicate in fluent Putonghua will be an advantage.
