To conduct credit risk assessment and make recommendations on lending of mortgage loans, investment products or T&M structured products according to established service standards.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Investment or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in finance / banking industry with sound knowledge in mortgage loans products (include HK Mortgage Corporation's requirements for loans under Mortgage Insurance Program) and / or investment products include unit trust funds, equities, fixed income product, derivatives (ELN, CLN etc), deposits and foreign exchange are essential
- Exposure in credit risk management, T&M and other lending operations is added advantage
- Pass in HKSI securities broker / representative examination or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Access
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
