To fulfill our company's ambitions to expand and fully execute our quality management service policy, we are looking for a high caliber senior personnel to attain the following duties:
- Degree / Diploma in Property management or related discipline
- Holder of MCIH / MHKIH is an advantage
- Minimum 6 years site experience in property management of which at least 4 years in supervisory capacity; preferably with experience in management of large residential estate
- Responsible for supervision of mixed residential & commercial buildings
- Good command of spoken and writen English & Chinese
- Candidates with less experiene will be considered as Deputy Property Service Manager / Property Service Manager
