GENERAL MANAGER OF PROPERTY DIVISION
BELCHAM SERVICES LIMITED
A group based in Hong Kong with local and international diversified businesess and investment is looking for a high calibre person to fill the following vacancy:

The successful candidate will take charge of the Group's portolio of residential and commercial properties and will be responsible for the development, investment, sale, marketing and leasing thereof. Further, the candidate will be requested to assess investment opportunities and to advise on property market performance, sale price and rental. To qualify, the candidate should possess the following requirements:

- University Degree holder or equivalent qualification in real estate of other related disciplines
- With relevant professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 12 years' experience in leasing property management and project development with property developers and / or architecture firms in managerial position
- Overseas travelling, including the PRC is required
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
