We are a fast growing group of companies with the largest oil terminal and tanks in Shenzhen, PRC, mainly operate the storage of oil products, terminal loading and unloading, land and marine transportation, oil wholesales and gasoline station network. The current storage capacity of our tanks is 100,000 cubic meters, which will be expanded to 400,000 cubic meters by the end of 2003. The handling capacity of our specialized wharf is 80,000 tons. Our turnover is about 2,000 million yuan RMB per year. Due to business expansion, we would like to invite the high caliber persons to apply for the following vancacy in Shenzhen, PRC.
Job duties
- Work 5 days per week (Has to station in Shenzhen)
- Report directly to the President
- Set up proper accounting system in compliance with PRC tax requirements and group requirements respectively
- Train and supervise the accounting team
- Receive and review financial reports prepared by the accounting teams under supervision
- Analyzing the accounts to give meaningful maangement information for the control of business
- Production of monthly reporst, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and various ad hoc management reports
- Monitor all the matters relating to the financial accounting division which include aspects in treasury, taxation, company secretarial, legal, credit control, accounts payable, stock control and shipping documents
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree with professional qualification (ACCA certificate holder)
- Familiar with PRC taxation and has knowledge of PRC Law
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin is an advantage
- Solid accounting experience in PRC and H.K. Listed Companies Regulations with proven track record
- Similar position and experience in company with over 1,000 million turnover per year is an advantage
