We are looking for energetic candidates to join us in our continuous growth.
Legal Section:
- A qualified solicitor
- At least 5-8 years' post qualification experience obtained from established law firms and specializing in corporate and commercial areas
- Previous experience in listed company as in-house counsel and exposure to IT field preferable but not a must
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English
Company Secretarial Section:
- A qualified ICSA associate
- At least 5 years' post qualification experience
- Solid company secretarial experience gained from listed companies preferable
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English
