We are inviting high calibre candidates to fill the following immediate vacancy. The ideal candidate will provide professional in-house catering services to our lawyers and clients (including but not limited to executive luncheons, cocktail parties, buffet parties) and to supervise the operation of an office kitchen.
- Recognized Certifiate/ Diploma in Catering
- At least 10 years kitchen operation experience, preferably in an office environment but not essential
- Good organising and purchasing skills
- Good knowledge of quality and cost control
- Strong management and communication skills
- Creative, positive to changes, and the ability to develop menus for special events
- Good knowledge of Western Cuisine is essential; and knowledge of Chinese cuisine is an added advantage
- Fluency in English, and preferably in Cantonese
