- With a minimun of 10 years' relevant experience of which 7 years must be at managerial level;
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of large-scale residential/ commercial composite estate and separate residential and I/O buildings;
- Member of RPHM, MCIH or HKIH is preferable;
- Familiarity with facilities management an advantage;
- Good interpersonal skill;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
