We are one of the specialized companies of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a global credit card centre in Hong Kong. We strive to provide wrold-class credit card products and services to both the domestic and overseas customers. We also play a major role in the development of ecommerce as well as credit card market in Mainland China. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are now looking for high-calibre candidates to take up the following challenging roles:
Your role is to supervise a team of agents to perform customer inquiries and complaints handling duties. You also need to commit in quality assurance for the overall hotline performance. You are responsible for report generation, data analysis and roster arrangement.
- F.7 or above / with at least over 3 years solid supervisory experience in Call Centre
- Experience in managing a term of agents is an added advantage
- Real-time monitoring experience in Call Centre
- 24-hour shift duty is required
(Candidates with less related working experience will be considered as Junior Computer Operator.)
Applicants of the above positions must be proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English and be competent in MS Office applications.
