We seek to recruit a seasoned executive to manage corporate investments, participate in strategic planning works and business developments.
Job Desc:
- Strong finance/accounting background, MBA a plus
- Qualified ICSA member
- Familiar with listing rules, reporting requirement and other compliance regulations of Companies/Business Registry
- 5 years of related experience
- 2 years in HK listed companies and offshore companies
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English, skills in computer work
- Previous experience in PRC related work is an advantage
