We are looking for solicitors of PQ 2-3 years with good credentials and quality experience in corporate finance/ securities related work such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, securitires regulatory Compliance, corporate restructurings, etc, as well as experience in general commercial work, to join our existing team. Our Practice Group provides excellent supervision, training and team support, and you will be expected to participate both in drafting and client care. Travelling may be required.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putunghua, Chinese and English drafting skills good working knowledge of this area of law are a must.
