the successful candidates must:
- have worked in a established law firm with 5 years up experience in general and complex commercial matters involving PRC related issues
- be highly motivated, dynamic, hard working and have good commercial sense
- be capable of working independently and as part of a team
- possess good legal drafting skills and be proficient in both the English and Chinese languages
- be able to speak Putonghua
