Reporting to the Executive Director, the candidate will be responsible for providing legal adviceand support on the Group's businesses and other commercial activities.
Candidates, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, should be a law degree holder with at least 3 years commercial experiences. Practical experience gained from a listed company and prior exposures in mergers and acquisitions are definitely valuable. China experience would be an advantage.
