- University graduate with a recognized law degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an in-house legal counsellor
- Knowledge in shipping/ logistics industry will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in handling commercially orientated legal work, eg drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
- Able to handle PRC legal related work, co-ordinate with PRC lawyers
- Process strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
