Head Of Legal & Compliance
Bank Consortium Trust Company Limited, founded by a consortium of banks in Hong Kong, is a major service provider in the mandatory provident fund industry. We are looking for high caliber candidate to join our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and monitor the systems and procedures for compliance with various legislations
- As adviser to Management about the implications of proposed statutory amendments on the operation
- Act as an independent reviewer of internal procedures and controls
- Analyse the legal implication of establishing or changing company policies
- Review all business commitments to ensure compliance with compnay's legal requirements and advise line management on legal aspects of business with customers
- Liaise with SFC and MPFA and other regulatory bodies
- Manage the Legal Compliance Department

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years combined post-qualification legal and compliance experience in legal firms or as in-house counsel
- Experience gained from fund management and MPF industry is highly preferable
- Must the well versed in England and Chinese
