Lombard Capital is a newly formed investment bank. Ambitious to establish ourselves as a leading IPO sponsor in Hong Kong over the next 12 months, we are seeking experienced individuals to help build our corporate finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and other corporate advisory projects
- Develop rules to support our corporate finance business
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters
- Liaise with relevant exchange(s), regulator(s) and external counsels
Requirements:
- Holder of LLB degree or equivalent
- Familiar with the Listing Rules and the Takeover Codes
- Strong research and bilingual drafting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Post-qualification experience in corporate finance is a distinct advantage
