CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities
Handle in / outbound sales and servicing calls.
Ensure incoming calls can be attended within service level.
Perform problem solving & resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
Post-secondary / University graduates (fresh grad. will also be considered).
1-2 years relevant experience in Customer Service, preferable in Credit Card Industry.
Candidates with secondary academic qualification but possess solid experience at Credit Card customer service will also be considered.
Require to attend duty according to shift roaster.
