CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER / PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER 6:D:c
CALL CENTRE
You will be responsible for making inbound / outbound calls for generating new business, handling customer enquiries and delivering high quality services to our customers.
You should have F.5 standard or above with minimum 2 years of customers services experience, preferably in retail banking industry. Excellent telephone selling and customer servicing skills are essential. Good PC skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese are mandatory. Working on shift basis is required.
