CALL CENTRE
(1) General Banking Team (Ref: GB-CSO-CC)
(2) Credit Card Team (Ref: CC-CSO-CC)
(3) Telesales Team (Ref: TS-CSO-CC)
For post (1) & (2), you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints over the phone. For post (3), you will be responsible for making inbound/outbound calls to promote and cross sell bank products or services
You should be F.5 or above with minimum 2 years' customer services experience, preferably in retail banking industry. Excellent telephone selling and customer servicing skills are essential. Good command of spoken Cantonese and English is a must.
