INVESTMENT ANALYSTS
We are a PRC-focused, venture capital and investment advisory firm focused on the telecommunications and IT sectors. We are seeking to hire one or more entry-level investment analysts, to be based in Hong Kong but with extensive travel expected in China.
Responsibilities include working closely with portfolio companies and clients in strategic and business development, mergers / acquisitions, follow-on financings, and IPOs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology-based businesses, excellent academic credentials, and native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin. Candidates with prior work experience are preferred. Backgrounds in IT / strategy consulting, investment banking, technical marketing, technology development, and accounting, are welcomed.
