Job Desc:
-Minimum 4 yrs' experience in property, building and / or tenancy management
-Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, landlord & Tenanct Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
-Good client servicing skills and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
-Experience in managing builidng staff and contractors will be advantage
