-Post Secondary Education or Certificate in Engineering
-Over 4 yrs of working experience with telecom operators or property management of which aqt least 2 yrs being involved in building access
-able to coordinate with BMO/IO and telecom operators for building access
-Practical experienc ein the coordination process among telecom operators for building access
