Job Desc:
* Responsible for the development of new retail banking products and management of existing products
* Identify new market opportunities and develop new marketing channels / programs
* Conduct periodic evaluation of the effectiveness of overall Marketing Programs and make recommendations for product development and enhancement
* Supervise the banking product team and work closely with internal and external parties on program implementation
The Person :
* Degree holder preferable
* Minimum 3 years' solid experience in banking product development, asset and liabilities products marketing
* Strong planning and organization skills with an analytical and innovative mind
* Experience in Market Analysis and Project Management
* Good connection with advertising agencies and premium house
* Excellent command of both English and Chinese and proficiency in MS applications
