- With LLB degree
- Responsibilities include drafting, editing and reviewing company contracts, purchase agreements, vendors agreements in both English and Chinese.
- Familiar with PRC tax and legal procedures
- Provide legal support/advice to Chairman and COO of the company
- Liaise with Mainland China and overseas clients, agents and vendors.
- At least 8 years experience in legal contract field
- Analytical, self-motivated, able to work independently with good initiative.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading or start-up environment is advantageous
- Able to write and speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese
