-University graduate
-Over 1 year experience in social compliance audit
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-Good communication and computer skills
-Proven track record of conducting factory evaluations pertaining to compliance issue
-Flexible, self-motivated and able to take directions and execute promptly
-Mature personality and able to work independently
The Job :
-Conduct code of conduct compliance audits of factories in Asia
-Maintain a constructive dialogue with factories, vendors and third parties
-Prepare evaluation reports and review non-compliance issues with the Regional Leader on a timely basis
-Communicate non-compliance issues with management of factories and provide guidance on specific issues
-Incorporate information provided by external sources such as NGOs, Governmental agencies, etc., into the audit reports, as directed by Regional Leader or Headquarters
-Frequent travel within Asia is necessary
