Job Desc:
* university graduate, preferably in languages and translation;
* excellent command of written Chinese and English a must;
* at least 8 years of working experience and/ or paralegal;
* legal background and/ or complaints handling skills an asset;
* knowledge of the life assurance business preferred; and
* Chinese word-processing a must.
Duties:
* conduct investigation, prepare case reports
