Job Desc:
Your role is to keep watch on the regulations/guidelines and any amendments & update of such regulations of VISA/MasterCard International, legal and regulatory authorities (PCO, HKMA, HKAB, Consumer Council etc.) to ensure compliance of them. You need to assist in the revision and update of Cardholder Agreement and other related documentation in relation to such regulations. You also have to check our credit & collection policies and practices to assure the Company is in compliance.
* University graduate in Law, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
* At least 3 years working experience in legal field
* Familiar with Code of Banking Practice, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance , consumer rights, regulations and guidelines of regulatory authorities
* Excellent interpersonal skill
* Initiative, independent and be able to work under pressure
Applicants of the above positions must be proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English and be competent in MS Office applications.
