The College Senior Lecturer is the academic leader of a course/subject area and supervises a team of College Lecturers and Tutors. He/She reports directly to the Associate Director for all academic and administrative matters under his/her purview, assists in monitoring the quality and delivery of courses and curriculum related work. Apart from teaching, he/she is also responsible for the academic aspects of student admission and student records.
Applicants should have (a) an honours degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline; (b) at least 6 years' relevant teaching / industrial / commercial experience; (c) sound knowledge of computer systems architecture, networking, Web applications and Java programming with hands-on experience with Linux, Unix, Solaris, MCSE, CCNA, ASP and VB; and (d) high language proficiency and good interpersonal and presentation skills.
