CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICERS / REPRESENTATIVES - TELESALES TEAM (REF: TS-CSO-CC)
Job Responsibilities
Sells and promotes the Bank's products & services by making telephone calls to new and existing customers
Handles customers' enquiries and complaints
Job Requirements
F.5 or above
Minimum 2 years' customer services experience, preferably in retail banking industry
Excellent telephone selling and customer servicing skills
Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
