HOTLINE ASSISTANT

Job Desc:
(Salary : $8,000 per month)
Entry Requirements : (a) Form 5 Secondary School Education with 5 passes or above in HKCEE or equivalent including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; (b) Fluent in English and Cantonese, and preferably fluent in Putonghua; (c) Knowledge of computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office); (d) Competent at Chinese word-processing (using Changjei/Quick) and English word-processing; and (e) Candidates should possess at least two years' of relevant working experience on telemarketing or related services.
Duties : (a) To assist in operating the hotline centre and handle calls, fax/email messages, etc. forwarded to the centre; (b) To answer complaints/enquiries or direct the complaints/enquiries to the relevant staff as instructed by EPD staff; (c) To input the call information into the hotline database and perform quality control/check as directed by EPD staff; (d) To assist in keeping records and preparing statistics for complaints and enquiries; and (e) To perform other duties as required.

Other Job-related Requirements : Successful candidates may be required to (a) work with computer; (b) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (c) Good telephone manner & customer handling skills.
