Job Desc:
This position is responsible for the overall direction and control of the construction ECI claims settlement and processing activities, review and approve payment of all types of claims arising from the construction ECI portfolio, to ensure adequate provision is made for outstanding claims payments for solvency requirements.
Promote the image of the company by providing top-class claims services including the establishment and achievement of service standards.
Make policy recommendations for claims handling and guidelines for claims negotiation for ECI products.
Delegate claims settlement authorities and control compliance.
Retiree or part time consultant can be considered.
