Job Desc:
To assist with the continuing growth of our practice, the firm invites applications from corporate finance an docmmercial lawyers. Candidates should have at least 3 years PQE in corporate finance transactions including IPO (in particular H share and Red Chip listings), placints, M&A, serurities law and compliance matters and hsould be able to work independently.
This position is an attractive opportunity for ambitious corporate finance and commercial lawyers looking for a lead role in developing a rapidly expanding practice in particular with a PRC focus. Mid to senior lawyers will also be condisered. Our work requires successful candidaes to have a ood command of both written and spoken English. Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an advantage.
