Job Desc:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role by overseeing the store operation and staff management of a group of 10 to 12 stores for maximizing sales and profits and meeting with our target customers' needs. You will actively be involved in execution of business planning in the store, liaison with internal departments, managing stock and security issues as well as staff development.The successful candidate profile will be:
- Tertiary educated in any discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Chain Store Operations Management preferably with FMCG products
- Self-motivation, good analytical, communication and influencing skills
- Customer focused with good retail commercial sense
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
