Qualifications: (1) Bachelor Degree & Diploma/Certificate in Education from a University recognized by the Government of Hong Kong SAR, (2) A minimum of 3 years as SGM, (3) Experience in school or related administration. A good command of English and Chinese is essential. Applications are also open to individuals who possess similar experience or qualifications as above but obtained under different jurisdictions or training institutions, who view themselves as being suitable for this post.
Remuneration will be around HK$1million per annum plus contribution towards Provident Fund, depending on experience and qualifications of successful candidate. Enhanced fringe benefits or allowances may also be considered in special circumstances.
Assessment will be based on professionalism, leadership, interpersonal skills, experience and identity with the ethos of the College.
