- Registered nurse in Hong Kong Nursing Board
- Knowledge of current care delivery system
- At least 5 years' practical clinical experience, specialty experience preferred. Related experience on hospital discharge planning, nursing care planning, home care experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Good spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Assertive and able to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
