Job Desc:

Selected candidates will be assigned to one of the following departments to perform the relevant duties.
Pay
HK$9,500 per month
Job
(A) Physiotherapy Department
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist in service programme development including development of educational pamphlets, programme evaluation, data entry and analysis etc.
2. To provide supporting and non-core clinical duties under the supervision of physiotherapists .
3. To carry out other supporting duties as assigned by Department Manager.
(B) Occupational Therapy Department
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide support to occupational therapist in rehabilitation services.
2. To assist in all types of liaison work of the Allied Health Community Service.
3. To assist in developing related health and educational materials.
4. To assist in delivering patients and carers educational talks.
5. To assist in telephone follow-up of discharged patients.
6. To assist in relevant data input and program evaluation.
7. To carry out other supporting duties as assigned by Department Manager.
(C) Dietetic Department
Key Responsibilities:
1. To collect biochemical data, anthropometric measurements.
2. To review patient charts as directed by dietitian and assist in nutritional assessment of patients.
3. To input data of food records for nutrient analysis.
4. To assist dietitian in the development of educational materials.
5. To collect and compile outcome data for quality improvement and research program.
6. To carry out other supporting duties as assigned by Department Manager.
(D) Speech Therapy Department
Key Responsibilitics:
1. To provide supporting and non-core clinical duties under the supervision of Speech Therapists
2. To assist in service programme development including development of educational material, treatment material, data entry and analysis etc.
3. To assist in the liaison work of the Speech Therapy community service.
4. To carry out other supporting duties as assigned by Speech Therapist i/c.
Requirements
1. Post-secondary education or above.
2. Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics.
3. Preference will be given to candidates who have training background in
． Physiotherapy, or
． Occupational therapy, or
． Food and nutrition science, or
． Speech therapy
4. Fluency in English and Chinese, both writing and speaking; competency in Putonghua preferred;
5. Proficiency in common computer software and Chinese word processing;
6. Good interpersonal communication skills
