Job Desc:
You will be the Head of our Customer Service Department to lead a team of more than 100 staff, including a team of the customer 24-hours hotline, to provide quality services to our customers. You are also responsible for overall strategic planning, implementing customer service improvement project, enhancement of customer service culture and management of the department to maintain competitive service standards in credit card industry.
- University graduate in Social Science, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 6 years experience in customer service and CSR management
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and familiar with Call Centre operations
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Initiative, independent and be able to work under pressure
Applicants of the above positions must be proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English and be competent in MS Office applications.
