| BRANCH MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING (REF : S/RB/BM) |

Job Desc:
* Responsible for managing the branch office, providing retail banking service to customers and achieving the established business goals and financial budgets
* Implement the branch's business strategies, marketing and action plans for supporting the Retail Banking Division's overall business objectives
* Achieve the business goals and sales targets through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers
Qualifications :
* University / College graduate with 7 - 8 years experience in retail banking at managerial level
* Solid experience and a good track record in expanding the deposit base of retail branch, as well as marketing retail banking products
* Experience in commercial lending is an advantage
* Strong leadership and communication skills are pre-requisite
