Job Desc:
* University degree, preferably in accounting and finance discipline
* A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
* Familiar with regulatory requirements such as Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeover Codes
* Familiar with MS Office applications; numerate with excellent quantitative skills
* Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
* Well motivated and able to work under pressure
* Good business sense
