Job Duties :
Assisting the branch manager to provide effective and efficient customer services and to achieve pre-determined individual business targets on various products. Developing & enhancing branch business through the execution of proactive relationship building and selling activities.
Job Requirements :
Secondary education or above with 3-5 years supervisory experience in retail sales/marketing and branch operations. Good PC knowledge and verbal/written communication skills. Passed in the MPF Intermediaries Examination, HKSI/Broker’s Representatives Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is an advantage. Applicant with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer.
