Job Desc:
Diploma holders or above in Property Management;
At least 3 years' experience at managerial level;
Member of RPHM, MCIH or HKIH is preferable;
Experience in handling large-scale handover for sizeable with a company of property development background is preferable;
Conversant with EMO & DMC;
Excellent communication and writing skills.
